TERMS OF DELIVERY
Anna’s Darling Ky (FI24584717) (hereinafter referred to as ‘webstore’) sells products to private customers to Finland, EU countries, Nordic Countries outside the EU, and the United States. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. The product prices include VAT of 24%. Anna’s Darling Ky is not responsible for customs duties possibly applicable to the deliveries or for other country-specific fees or limitations.

Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart on our website. The order is finalized by paying the content of the cart via the webstore’s checkout function. You accept these terms of delivery, product prices and shipping costs when finalizing your order. If you have given your email address when making the order, order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and their prices.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
Klarna acts as the payment facilitator of the online store. At the checkout, you can choose Klarna invoice, installment payment, card payment or direct payment as the payment method. All payment methods are processed through Klarna. Klarna is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Klarna is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Orders are posted on working days. Normally the delivery time is 3-5 working days for products that are in stock. For custom orders the delivery time is usually 1-4 weeks. Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, and the weight and size of the products. You can see the shipping costs in the webstore’s checkout function before finalizing your order.
Shall the product get lost or damaged in the delivery, the webstore should be notified about it without delay, nonetheless within 14 days from receiving the goods. Damaged packages must be reported to the delivery company without delay.
Orders within Finland are delivered either as registered letters or parcels, depending on the size of the delivery. Orders outside Finland are always delivered as parcels. If you have submitted your email address when placing the order, you will receive a tracking code by email.
You may track your order online at http://www.posti.fi/ by entering the tracking code in the empty field and pressing “Go”.
Delivery time is 2-10 working days depending on the destination. Please note that there might be delays in the delivery if the shipment is subject to foreign customs clearance.
Products can be returned or changed within 14 days from the delivery, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Customer is entitled to change or return some or all of the items in their order. The products to be changed or returned must be packed in their original packing and be in saleable condition. Please refer to the instructions below in order to return or change your product. Be sure to include your orders number, name, contact information and bank account number in the package for refunding purposes (bank account number is needes only in case of product changes).
Instructions for returning or changing products:
Returns and changes must be done within14 days from receiving the goods.
1. Pack the item carefully.
2. Send it by mail to the address: Anna’s Darling Ky, Lyseotie 1, 74300 Sonkajärvi, FINLAND.
3. Be sure to include your name, email address and other contact info in the package.
4. If you wish to change your order for another item, please indicate what you wish to change the product for. In order to develop our services, kindly also indicate the reason for the change or return.
5. If the return or change involves money to be refunded to the customer, please also indicate your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) where the price is to be refunded to. Returns are refunded to the account or credit card the chranging has been originally made.
6. If you wish to change the product for another item that is more expensive than the original item, Anna’d Darling Ky will send payment instructions by email to the given email address. Alternatively, the item can be changed for another item by placing a new order via the webstore andreturning the earlier ordered item.
If the product to be changed or returned and its accessories are saleable, the paid price and shipping costs will be refunded to the customer to the given bank account number, the account or the credit card account where the original chargins has been made within 14 days from the time when the package has reached Anna’s Darling Ky.
CANCELLING THE ORDER, DEFECT LIABILITY AND RECLAMATIONS
Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item by sending a written notification to the address: email@example.com
